We’re delighted to announce our first event of 2013! On 16 January, we’re teaming up with The Little Museum of Dublin to present violinist Ioana Petcu-Colan in a very special performance of Johann Sebastian Bach’s sublime Partita in D minor for solo violin.
This landmark work (which closes with a famously monumental Chaconne) will be interspersed by four short interludes from Irish composers Simon O’Connor, Andrew Hamilton, Benedict Schlepper-Connolly and Garrett Sholdice, all specially written for this concert.
The 8pm performance will be preceded by a wine reception and tour of the museum, beginning at 7pm. Ioana Petcu-Colan’s performance will be introduced by Bernard Clarke of RTÉ lyric fm’s NOVA.
Seating for this event is highly limited. So book your tickets now!
